Corporate outings (such as a fund raiser, barbeque, casino night etc.) can also be catered for at the Harcourt and a reserved area in the bar can be organised for such occasions.

The VIP Room at the Harcourt Hotel:
With a capacity to cater for up to 80 people, the VIP Room at the Harcourt Hotel is a self contained private room with a dance floor and private bar. There is a private entrance to the VIP room from Harcourt Street. Should you wish to hire this room for a private function, the cost of hire includes a bar extension until 2.00am and a security guard on the front door.
D|Two Nightclub
Also available for private hire on Monday and Tuesday nights, the Harcourt D|Two nightclub is more commonly used in conjunction with the regular nightclub nights.
The Shaw Room and Barneys Bar
Located on the ground floor of the hotel, this area is interconnecting but can be divided into two separate areas depending on requirements. From here, there is access to the Harcourt’s all weather beer garden which is situated at the rear of the property. Used together, the capacity for this area is up to 130 people.
The All Weather Beer Garden
Popular all year round, the all weather beer garden at the Harcourt is at its busiest from April to October. It is a well maintained area with a waterfall, an outdoor bar, ornamental plants and split levels.
